Senator Joe Manchin has been a “thorn in the side” of the Biden administration when it comes to the Build Back Better agenda.
This week, the West Virginia Democrat doubled down on his stance, telling reporters that the bill is officially dead. The ag sector is now speculating on the potential for some smaller bills to accomplish the same goals.
