Global beef prices have surged with demand and limited supplies. Rabobank says that retail prices were nearly 25 percent higher at the end of last year, with signs emerging that consumers have reached their limits.
Senior animal protein analyst, Don Close spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on the rise in price, the trends in the industry, and if the consumer level prices are permanent.
