Beartooth Ranch in Montana has just sold after being on the market for two years. Back in 1988, the property was owned by actor-director Mel Gibson.
In 2005, Gibson sold the ranch to the founder of Montana Silversmiths.
The over 12,000-acre property was listed for almost $30 million dollars back in 2019 by Hall and Hall.
This listing states that it is a “classic Montana ranch loaded with aesthetic, operational, and recreational amenities.”
According to the Billings Gazette, it is the second-largest ranch transaction to occur this year.
