Dairy farmers nationwide are thinking about sustainability, especially as consumers push for businesses to be more environmentally friendly.

From 2007 to 2017, the carbon footprint to produce a gallon of milk in the U.S. was reduced by 19 percent, thanks to sustainability efforts taken by dairy farmers.
