Americans want American grown.
Roughly 78 percent of consumers say it is important to purchase U.S.-grown food. That is according to a survey by the United Soybean Board.
That number is up eight percent since the last survey in December 2020.
The survey also showed 83 percent of consumers rank U.S. farmers first for food safety.
