On Capitol Hill, a big vote today in the House on the energy anti-price gouging bill, and it may be a tough one to get passed.
Moderate lawmakers and those from oil states do not think it will actually help bring down fuel prices, saying the cost is driven up by inflation, not the companies themselves.
It is predicted to be a very close vote.
