The Supreme Court formally set dates for two important ag cases.
They will take up an important Waters of the U.S. rule and the challenge to Prop-12 in early October.
The WOTUS rule centers around the Sackett family in Idaho, whose home renovation came to a grinding halt when EPA designated a ditch on their property as a wetland.
The court is also deciding whether to take up a challenge by Monsanto-Bayer, regarding a $25 million verdict against Roundup.
We could know Monday if justices accept that case.
