USDA has special loan programs aimed at helping folks purchase rural properties with little to no interest. The guaranteed loans are through Farm Bureau Mortgage and are available with little to no money down and interest rates as low as zero percent.
The loans are described as a way to purchase, build, and improve rural properties while creating a community for future generations.
