The pork industry continues to be an important pillar of the U.S. economy. That is according to a new report which shows the contribution from production to processing supports more than 600,000 American jobs.
Holly Cook with the National Pork Producers Council spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on the importance of these economic studies, any surprises in the report, and what future challenges might await the industry.
