Russia and Ukraine are set to resume talks today.
The two countries are finally inching toward an agreement to get grain out of the war-torn nation. They say a resolution is expected by the end of the week, and it cannot come soon enough with many nations on the brink of starvation in desperate need of Ukrainian crops.
