President Biden recently signed an executive order to keep the nation’s rail traffic on track. But, the potential for a labor strike and stoppage of railways this Fall is now spurring concern among farmers.
National Grain and Feed Association President and CEO Mike Seyfert spoke with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison about what the member’s main concerns are, an update on producers’ ability to get grain for feed and processing, the type of issues that could arise if labor issues worsen at harvest, and if there is anything that could be done to prevent the potential railway stoppage.
