The Ohio State Fair has revealed its 2022 butter sculpture. This year’s display used more than 2,500 pounds of butter and is the biggest sculpture to date. It includes five Ohio kids and their farm animals, and the iconic butter cow.
The American Dairy Association Midwest chose five participants showing their animals to reflect on the true meaning and traditions of the fair, which date back to 1850. According to local news, it took sculptures about 600 hours to create.
The Ohio State Fair runs through Sunday, August 7th.
