DTN’s fertilizer outlook remains stable

DTN’s latest fertilizer price update shows nitrogen fertilizers rose in July, due to natural gas prices in Europe.

However, the report shows a correction to UAN values following a negative vote from the U.S. International Trade Commission. Analysts believe this will make it more competitive against urea and ammonia.

DTN notes potash is expected to pick back up in the coming weeks as producers prepare for post-harvest applications.
