U.S. Court of Appeals upheld the Minnesota Producer Protection Act. What does this mean?

The U.S. Court of Appeals has upheld a portion of the Minnesota Producer Protection Act, holding a parent company liable for the cancellation of more than $6 million worth of chicken production contracts.

Roger McEowen with the Washburn School of Law spoke with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison about the background of the Act, what the latest issue at hand is, and what was the final ruling.
