Back in June, Austin Anderson reeled in a monster of a catch!
He was out fishing at Lady Bird Lake in Austin when he hooked a smallmouth buffalo.
His catch measured in at 44.5 inches and weighed in at an astounding 71 lbs. The previous record was caught in the same lake back in 2022 and weighed in at 64 lbs.
Anderson’s catch was released back into the water.
