Dolen Ranch sits on 428-acres just outside of Houston, Texas.

The property was first formed back in the early 1800s, and it has been operating as a farm and ranch since then. It has been managed and owned by the same family for most of that time, marking this as the first time it has never been offered on the open market.

The property includes a new main house that is 3,900 square feet with five beds and four baths. There is also two additional houses.

The Dolen Ranch listing is being handled by Jonathan Murphy of Republic Ranches and is currently listed at $4.3 million.
