One innovative Iowa soybean company, Benson Hill, has made this its mission by leveraging its proprietary genetics and artificial intelligence to develop high-value soybeans tailored for feed, food, and fuel markets.

Their innovations, such as high-protein, low-oligosaccharide soybeans, are designed to increase profitability for growers and improve production efficiency for end users in industries like poultry, swine, and aquaculture. As they expand geographically and innovate for biofuel markets, Benson Hill remains committed to creating partnerships that enhance value across the agricultural supply chain.
