UNL receives $14 million grant to help build the bioeconomy and food science research

UNL’s Department of Food Science and Technology has received a $14 million grant to help build the bio-economy not just in Nebraska but worldwide.

Incoming Department Head, Dr. Silvana Martini spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on how food science impacts everyday Nebraskans, the grant they are receiving, and how their research will impact Midwesterners.
