“USDA has broken its promise to independent cattle producers": R-CALF USA on new electronic ear tag rule

USDA’s new electronic ear tag rule is going into effect today. It is receiving pushback from certain groups who have filed a lawsuit against the department, underscoring their concerns over the cost to cattle producers.

R-CALF USA CEO, Bill Bullard spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on the main discrepancies, why APHIS decided to make this requirement, and next steps moving forward.
