The sale price for farmland saw a significant jump last year.
The start of 2022 seemed a bit calmer, but again started to show increasing prices, which escalated due to the war in Ukraine.
Farmers National Company’s Randy Dickhut spoke with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison about how much prices have increased in the first quarter of the year, what the main contributing factors are, where we are seeing the biggest price jumps from a regional basis and if we should expect the trend to continue or if there are any factors that might change the pace.
