With more than 100 million birds affected, high path avian influenza has been giving farmers and consumers headaches for nearly three years. Since the first detection in dairy cattle, the virus has now been detected in close to 500 herds.

AFBF Economist, Bernt Nelson spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on the status of HPAI in poultry, the impact on dairy, and the vaccine outlook.
