Wondering About WOTUS: What effects could it have on producers?

The EPA has published a final WOTUS rule, which will replace the Navigable Water Protection Rule. It is a frustrating move for ag groups who say it creates confusion and represents government overreach on private property.

Roger McEowen with the Washburn School of Law spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander about some background on the matter, EPA’s highlights, and some of the potential impacts from redefining the word “adjacent.”
